Assembly of Abundance #2+info
17 nov (sun) 10h—13h
We are building the biennial as a research project in which questions are posed to expand knowledge, and this path began in February with the Assembly of Abundance #1, the first of several gatherings of agents from different sectors of Azorean society to debate the themes that will shape the biennial. We are continuing with these meetings as they are platforms for collaboration and sharing and, therefore, abundant in perspectives and insights.
To facilitate this assembly, we invited Virgílio Varela, who has extensive experience working with various methodologies for empowering groups and practices that give rise to processes of collective and collaborative action. His experience includes designing projects for communities and organizations such as the European Commission, the United Nations, UNESCO, in various European countries, and in Brazil, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
In this meeting, through different dynamics, we will dream together about the territory of São Miguel, based on what we can do collaboratively within the scope of the Walk&Talk Biennial and beyond.
