Anda&Fala — Cultural Association is looking for a person to join its Executive Production team, collaborating on the implementation of the association’s Activity Plan and the production of vaga space and the Walk&Talk Biennial 2027. We are looking for someone able to coordinate, manage, and mediate production processes, with a strong sensitivity to collaborative work and aligned with the values of care, shared responsibility, and autonomy that guide the association’s work.
Key Responsibilities
— Planning, delivering, and monitoring activities across the association’s different projects, including vaga space, the Walk&Talk Biennial, network projects, and other association initiatives;
— Coordinating the logistics of artists, guests, teams, and partners, including travel, hosting, accommodation, and local transportation;
— Supporting artistic commissions, installation processes, technical requirements, and production in real-world contexts;
— Managing schedules, budgets, production plans, and reporting processes;
— Coordinating and supporting internal teams (curatorial, communications, and administration) and different external partners;
— Actively participating in the production and delivery of the Walk&Talk Biennial 2027;
— Managing and coordinating suppliers, specialized services, and material resources required to deliver the projects.
Profile & Skills
— Proven experience in cultural production and/or executive production;
— Strong organizational, independent working, and problem-solving skills;
— Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
— Comfortable working at an intense pace during production periods;
— Rigor, attention to detail, and strong ability to prioritize;
— Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
Requirements
— Relevant professional experience;
— Availability to work flexible hours during periods of intensive production;
— Proficiency with basic digital tools (Google Workspace, Drive, email, etc.);
— Fluency in Portuguese and English;
— Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
Conditions
— One-year fixed-term employment contract, with the possibility of renewal;
— Average gross monthly compensation of €1,500 (including salary, expense allowances, and meal allowance);
— Holiday and Christmas allowances;
— 35 hours per week;
— Hybrid working arrangement (in-person and online);
— Based in São Miguel, Azores (mandatory).
