Atelineiras is a transdisciplinary collective from São Miguel (Azores), formed in 2020, inspired by its own perspective on community, the exploration of identity, and the connection and growth among sisters.

Practices of love, experimentation, and spirituality underpin the project’s multidisciplinary nature, constantly blossoming into new narratives and fables—with each work rooted in the island spirit that accompanies every new path. Creating performances and installations, as well as collaborating with other artists, collectives, and social and cultural associations, crystallizes the collective desire to transform and promote the archipelago, as well as to purify Azorean thought.
