In the 5th edition of Pares - Program to Support Artistic Activity in the Azores, 13 grants were awarded (from a total of 30 applications), at the levels of 250€, 500€ or 750€, which translates into a total support of 7500.00€.
VOTING
> The jury was made up of the Anda&Fala Board of Directors, represented by Jesse James, Sofia Carolina Botelho and Luís Brum, and by Aurora Ribeiro, cultural activist and researcher;
> Each element of the jury previously scored the projects, and from these votes and deliberations resulted the decisions about the projects to be supported (the final classifications of each project corresponded to the weighted total of the votes attributed to each evaluation criterion, according to their respective weight in the total evaluation and on a scale of 1 to 5, and by the number of jury members);
> Each application was evaluated considering the points indicated in paragraph 8 of the regulations: rationale of the application within the scope of PARES, clarity and technical and budgetary feasibility, and biography of the applicant or application leader;
> From a total of 30 applications received between January 25 and February 15, 13 projects/artists were selected and granted support in the amounts of 250€, 500€ or 750€, which translates into a total support of 7500.00€ foreseen in the Program Regulations.
