Frederico Almeida graduated in Cooking at Escuela de Hostelería Hofmann in Barcelona. He fostered its creative essence from an early age, first in multimedia, then continuing in gastronomy. He enters the restaurant trade in 2019 in the kitchen of Líquen, by Ljubomir Stanisic. With his heart in that experience and with the desire to pursue this professional area, he heads to Barcelona where, during his training, he had the opportunity to work at Alkimia, by Jordi Vìla.
Back in Portugal, he worked at Fifty Seconds, by Martin Berasategui. He is currently Junior Sous Chef at Õtaka, in Ponta Delgada.
