Jose Luis Fernández-Pacheco has a Ph.D. in Sociology. He is a Social Worker, professor, and researcher at the University of Extremadura, where he participates in Community Development projects linked to the Social and Circular Economy, such as ESCUTA (Erasmus+), and the implementation of Community Development projects on Sao Miguel Island (Azores, Portugal) and Cáceres (Extremadura, Spain).
