NANO (Núcleo Artístico do Nordeste) was created to be a focal point for various forms of artistic expression in the region. It unites two areas of work: a painting and ceramics studio, where artist Marta Duarte develops her creations and organizes community activities such as classes and workshops; and a music studio focused on production, mixing, mastering, recording, courses and workshops. It also has an exhibition area and a store selling local products and those of regional and national artists.
