The #3 Transmalhar Encounter invites us to explore Ponta Delgada to understand it as a stage for expression and freedom under the guidance of Tânia Cortez - an artist and visual arts teacher. We will wander around the city to record and reflect on what is being protested on its surfaces, imagine what we want for its spaces, and present proposals through artistic interventions and new manifestos.
