The banana tree gives us one of the most widely consumed fruits in the world. However, the multiple uses that this generous plant of the MUSA genus can have, after its short life cycle, are still little known. MUSA AZORES has been exploring these uses and it is on the basis of this experience that it is putting together the BeSIDE(S) exhibition-installation. From plant to creation, we invite you to experience various “B-sides” of the BANANA tree, which add value and make you rethink its better-known side.
