In celebration of the closing of Tanya Busse´s Secretary of the Invisible - and responding to the conceptual parameters of the exhibition - Sao Miguel based Lapsa Garden will stage a multi-course dinner titled Seismic Spring.

Guests will experience an evening of food, sculptures and sounds, revolving around seasonal ingredients straight from the earth of the Lapsa farm and tonic volcanic waters harvested from Furnas. Arctic and tropic black soils will give way to vibrant flavours and spring colours - creating a sensual experience that reflects the culinary and tectonic complexities of the island.
