Horácio Frutuoso (1991) work and lives in Oporto, Portugal.

Has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Fine Arts in Porto. Was in 2012 a founding member of the collectives Expedição and Sintoma, both with activity in Porto and focused in reactivating the artistic practice in the city and the investment in artists, with a program based in the intersection of different generations of local and international artists.

Has been actively involved and produced some projects with other artists and collectives since 2010, like DrumondFrutuoso or Painel. In the production of his work, which focuses mainly on social relations and confrontations, draws on various media with a special interest in painting, video and performance.
