Jogos Mutáveis (Mutable Games) is an artistic project whose aim is to use the game as a potentially creative tool, both in its creation and play.
This initiative derives from the artist's experience of confinement. Playing, creating and recreating games was important in the house she shares with friends, as it stimulated creative activities among the group and helped fending off the aphaty and saturation caused by isolation.
Through the 9.5 edition of Walk&Talk Festival, the artist will share a booklet called Sebenta Jogos e Passatempos, which will be available in the Azores, and hereby invites you to participate in the online game Ab OVO*, whose purpose is artistic exploration, through a structure which allows the generation of different results, given its random nature and the inherent subjectivity in each human being. In this game there will be three winners, who will be raffled off and will receive a Mutable Games kit by mail.
