ÚLTIMOS DIAS DE EMANUEL RAPOSO starts from reimagining of other times in the Azorean audiovisual production to tell a fictional story in a pseudodocumental record: somewhere in the early nineties, what was predicted to be a making of the last days of a variety show, presented by an Azorean television legend, turns out to be a chronicle of the growing tension between team and presenter, as well as the insecurities and frustrations of a middle-aged man who sees his status questioned.

Filming took place on the island of São Miguel between 1 and 9 July.
