The Last days of Emanuel Raposo+info
Diogo Lima has been developing work as an editor and director. In this last role, he has presented short films and documentaries that reflect a strong connection with the Azorean imagery, whether through cultural references or autobiographical elements, introduced through humor and satire.
The Last Days of Emanuel Raposo is a mockumentary about a mythical Azorean public television presenter in the early 1990s. In the recordings of the last episode of the program, which marks his farewell to the small screen, a turbulent work week puts Emanuel Raposo in a collision course with co-workers, where he confronts the approaching end of his career.
