Anda&Fala – Associação Cultural is strengthening its team for the new cycle of activities 2026/2027, which includes the continuous programming of vaga, the development of its regular programs, and the preparation of Walk&Talk Biennial 2027.We are looking for new people to join key areas of the organization, contributing to processes of creation, production, mediation, and community relations in a collaborative, dynamic work environment committed to practices of care, shared responsibility, and artistic experimentation.
We are recruiting for two positions:Executive Production and Mediation & AudiencesEXECUTIVE PRODUCTIONThe Executive Production position is part of the team responsible for implementing the association's Activity Plan and coordinating the production of the vaga space and Walk&Talk Biennial 2027. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, capable of articulating, managing, and mediating complex production processes, with attention to detail and sensitivity to collaborative work.The role involves the logistical coordination of artists and teams, monitoring installations and artistic commissions, managing schedules and budgets, liaising with suppliers and partners, and providing operational support at all stages of project production. This person will work across curatorial, communication, administrative, and management departments.General conditions– Fixed-term contract (2 years), with possibility of renewal– Average gross salary of €1,500/month (includes salary, allowances, and food subsidy)– Vacation and Christmas bonuses– Hours: 35 hours per week– Work arrangement: mixed (in-person and online)– Living in São Miguel (or willingness to relocate)– Driver's license required– Fluency in Portuguese and English> More info
MEDIATION & AUDIENCESThe Mediation & Audiences position is part of the team responsible for developing the association's Audiences Program and mediating the programming of the vaga space and Walk&Talk Biennial 2027. We are looking for someone who is communicative, sensitive to working with different communities, and capable of designing, facilitating, and monitoring educational and mediation activities.The role includes creating visits, workshops, meetings, assemblies, and programs for schools and intergenerational groups; developing educational materials; monitoring community partners; and supporting accessibility and inclusion initiatives.
