Outdoor Arts Portugal — Immersive Laboratory #2 — Public Space, Community and Interconnections+info
12 jul — 18h—22h
Outdoor Arts Portugal is an interdisciplinary platform promoted by Bússola, aimed at professional agents of the performing arts in public space and contemporary circus. Its immersive laboratories merge contemporary artistic thinking and practices, aligned with social and sustainability concerns in artistic creation for the public space. They seek to contribute to street arts' aesthetic and dramaturgical innovation, valuing the "common space" in a polyvalent notion of public space as a place of encounters, considering the triad place-artist-people.
The Immersive Laboratory #2 — Public Space, Community and Interconnections, which takes place in São Miguel in partnership with vaga, brings together Luís Sousa Ferreira — cultural programmer, lecturer, and chronicler, and Sofia Carolina Botelho — cultural programmer and mediator, developing into a mix of masterclass and debate, in direct discourse with the participants.
