The Forum, hosted by vaga in partnership with CRESAÇOR and the architect João Rebelo Costa, aims to relate different "constellations" and stimulate the sharing of opinions. For such, it invites all those interested in discussing the way the center of Ponta Delgada is inhabited, focusing on the increase of the number of people in situation of drug addiction and homelessness, its causes, and repercussions.
