Idios Pathos is a journey by TAT that delves into the unique aspects of their mental and physical health. Idios (“one’s own”, “particular”) and pathos ("suffering," "passion," or "emotion") originate from the ancient and together they can be interpreted as personal suffering or a particular emotion.

This project began in 2021, influenced by Bruna Madeira, a university colleague who passed away that summer, and by Helena Almeida and the book O Rosto Da Máscara.It raises intimate questions and embraces attitudes that challenge social norms, beauty standards, the exhaustive sexualization of the human body, the precariousness of public health services in the region, overmedication, all this while seeking self-acceptance.
