Jokkoo is a black multidisciplinary music collective based in Barcelona working from the intention and need to investigate and disseminate the most contemporary and futuristic creation of the experimental and alternative scenes of the African continent, its diaspora and allied communities around the world.

The six members of the project develop diverse practices as individuals and in collaboration, including cultural management, music production, composition for theater, dance and film, workshops, 3D design, audiovisual performances and plastic arts. They have a studio at FOC, an independent cultural space that they also co-manage in collaboration with Choro, Fondo and Canino FM, three collectives supporting and showcasing local artistic talents.
