He is CEO/Founder of the Innovation company Humanfleet with the mission of putting collective wisdom at the service of human evolution and the regeneration of our planet. He has a degree in Modern Languages and Literature, a Masters in Education from King's College, University of London, a diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management and in Social Entrepreneurship from Insead, powered by IES.

He is an international consultant and facilitator with a vast experience of working in various methodologies of empowering groups and organizations. Examples are methodologies like Dragon Dreaming, Work That Reconnects, Jogo Oásis-Instituto Elos, Asset Based Community Development, Open Space Technology and Design Thinking.

In the last 25 years he has developed his experience in designing successful projects for communities and organizations such as the European Commission, Cape Verde Government, EDP Foundation, Serralves Foundation, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, United Nations, UNESCO, in countries such as Portugal, Brazil, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Poland, Latvia, Cape Verde and Mozambique. He is speaker, composer and creator of transformation programs such as Regenerative Storytelling, Atlantis Program(co-authored), Grow Impact Together, Jogo Oásis Moçambique.
