For a well-felt life, a good night's sleep. This workshop will begin with yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist Raquel Jorge, who will take us to experience the power of calming plants through the ingestion of infusions, followed by guided meditation and relaxation practice. Then, we'll fall asleep (on the spot) and welcome the practice of dreaming as a form of art and knowledge. In the morning, we'll share breakfast and map out our dreams if we remember them.
