The Walk&Talk Volunteering Program is part of the Knowledge Programme*, as we believe it to be a way of acquiring skills valid for the professional, social and personal future.
The Walk&Talk team has grown over the editions, and with it the awareness of the importance of its horizontality. There is a hierarchical internal organisation, it is true, but the relationship between the various elements that make it up is fluid and allows an exchange of ideas, experience and consequently allows a greater sense of connection to the project.

* The Knowledge Programme is one of the pillars of Walk&Talk and consists of activities which in some way encourage the production of knowledge through activities of active participation, sometimes of a non-formal educational nature. We are talking about workshops, talks, open classes, summer school, guided tours to exhibitions and public art circuits and activities for parents and children.
